Marco's apartment was perfect for our family of 5 travelling to Venice. The location in San Marco is perfect you can walk everywhere. Marco was extremely helpful with communication even sending a detailed document to me with all of the information we needed for check in, places to go, etc. He also connected us with a trusted local water taxi service that was phenomenal because I never worried when we needed to get to and from the train station on time especially when it was pouring rain the morning we left. I highly recommend this place!

Nice and super tidy apartment. It's really central in San Marco and only two minutes to the Rialto-bridge. Had everything we needed and made a really nice trip whole.

Marco was an excellent host. I was a bit lazy and didn’t go over the instructions he sent to access the place. I called him and he promptly helped with everything. The place itself is really nice and the location is awesome. Definitely recommend it.

Fantastic stay at a very clean apartment! Great location, central to everything but still quiet. Walking out the front door to a canal is lovely, but be aware of high tides, a +4 high tide flooded the walk to the apartment. For us it was just more of the Venetian experience! The host was very thorough and responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay.
